Service-Based Refund Eligibility
Because our services are custom-tailored and time-bound, refunds are generally limited. However, in specific circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, as detailed below.

1. Refunds for SEO & Link Building Services
Eligible for refund if:

Work has not yet started (within 24 hours of payment)

You cancel the service before we begin outreach or link acquisition

In rare cases where promised deliverables are not fulfilled

Not eligible for refund if:

Link placements have been published

You delay communication or approval on content/assets

You request removal of links after delivery

2. Refunds for Cloud Consulting Services
Eligible for refund if:

A session or consultation is canceled at least 24 hours in advance

The migration or architecture plan has not been initiated

Partial refunds may be granted for project-based services if less than 50% of work has been completed.

Not eligible if:

A session has already been delivered

Project planning or technical architecture work has begun

3. Refunds for Cybersecurity Audits
Eligible for refund if:

The audit has not yet been started

Cancellation is requested within 24 hours of order confirmation

Not eligible for refund if:

The audit or scanning process is underway or completed

The final report has been delivered

Important Notes
Refunds are not automatic — you must email us at admin@techflok.com with your order details and reason for refund.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days upon approval.

Any disputes or chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account or service termination.
